Over the years, she has taken on increasingly broad responsibilities across firm operations, from managing internal processes and supporting firm leadership to overseeing billing, client relations, team onboarding, and the many moving pieces that keep a practice running smoothly. Her well-rounded background has given her a strong understanding of both what clients need and what it takes behind the scenes to support a successful legal team.
Known for her ability to wear many hats, anticipate what needs attention, and make sure important details don’t fall through the cracks, she thrives on finding ways to improve processes, solve problems, and make things easier for both clients and her team.
Jessica believes the commitments she makes to herself are just as important, which is why her days always start with a good workout before the workday even begins. She values quality time with her family, loves to travel, and can usually be found watching UFC or enjoying a good latte.
