Prior to joining the Law Office of Stephanie F. Dominguez, I spent the past several years working closely with individuals and families through some of the most difficult and emotional times in their lives. My background is rooted in family law—helping clients navigate divorce, child custody, support disputes, and domestic violence matters with clarity and compassion.
I graduated at the top of my class from Indian River State College with a Bachelor’s in Organizational Management. I then went on to graduate with a 4.0 GPA on the Dean’s List with Honors from Rasmussen University for my Paralegal Degree.
What truly drives me is providing steady, reliable support during times that feel anything but stable for individuals. I believe that clear communication, compassion, and strong legal guidance can make all the difference—a belief I bring to every case I handle. I approach each case with professionalism, empathy, and a deep respect for what every client is experiencing. In my experience in family law, I guided individuals through profoundly personal and often difficult transitions, which deeply informs my approach to employment law. Just as I supported clients navigating the complexities of divorce or custody disputes, I will apply that same empathy and dedication to helping both employees and employers manage their unique challenges in the workplace. I have personally navigated challenging workplace situations, which fuels my commitment to use my knowledge to benefit others facing similar circumstances.
